Service Agreement Summary

By subscribing to a Waterboy service plan, you agree to the following key terms:

Contract Duration

  • Minimum 12-month contract from first payment date
  • Automatically renews annually unless cancelled with 30 days notice
  • Payment must be received within 7 days to maintain coverage

What's Covered
Your selected plan includes the services outlined on the pricing page. All repairs are subject to our standard terms, exclusions, and limitations.

Important Exclusions

  • Pre-existing faults or design issues
  • Damage from sludge, scale, or blockages
  • Repairs over £300 (varies by plan)
  • Routine maintenance and system top-ups

Access & Responsibilities

  • You must provide reasonable access for our engineers
  • Missed appointments may incur standard call-out charges
  • Only our authorized engineers may work on your system while under contract

This is a maintenance contract, not an insurance policy. Waterboy Plumbing and Heating LTD is not regulated by the FCA.
